Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Software Product Manager to lead the direction, development, and lifecycle of NEXIA—our flagship intralogistics platform designed to standardize interoperability between OT systems, IT infrastructure, and mixed fleets of automation technologies, including AGVs, AMRs, and other intelligent material handling solutions.
Acting as a critical liaison between Marketing, Sales, Applications Engineering, and Development, this role ensures NEXIA’s roadmap remains aligned with customer needs, market demands, and the evolving landscape of digital transformation in manufacturing and logistics. You will be instrumental in driving product strategy, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and delivering value through seamless system integration and cutting-edge intralogistics automation.
This role requires a unique blend of technical fluency and business acumen—you must be equally comfortable discussing integration protocols with developers and articulating product value to business stakeholders and enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do:      
·        Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for NEXIA, aligning with customer use cases, industry trends, and internal growth objectives.
·        Cross-functional Liaison: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure NEXIA’s features and modules align with the broader business strategy and market positioning.
·        Voice of the Customer: Champion the end-user experience by gathering field insights to ensure NEXIA solves real-world problems in intralogistics automation and system integration.
·        Product Development Lifecycle: Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements definition to deployment, adoption, and post-release enhancements.
·        Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner with marketing and sales to develop messaging, value propositions, training resources, and launch campaigns that effectively communicate the power of NEXIA.
·        Interoperability Focus: Guide development around NEXIA’s key differentiator—its ability to unify disparate OT/IT systems and coordinate AGV/AMR traffic and mission management in hybrid environments.
·        Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in intralogistics, digital transformation, Industry 4.0, IIoT, and robotics to keep NEXIA competitive and relevant.
·        Financial Ownership: Monitor and report the financial performance of NEXIA modules. Forecast revenue, margins, and cost structure to guide product investments and business planning.
·        Technical Communication: Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. Effectively communicate needs to development teams across OT protocols, fleet manager APIs, and system integration tools.
·        Customer Demonstrations & Feedback: Support field teams in showcasing NEXIA’s value, gathering customer feedback, and rapidly iterating on feature improvements.
 
Note: The key accountabilities are not an exhaustive list and other duties may be assigned as needed.


What You Bring: 
·        Proven experience in Software Product Management or Applications Engineering within Industrial Automation, Intralogistics, Robotics, or Manufacturing Technology sectors.
·        Deep understanding of OT/IT convergence, AGV/AMR systems, and industrial software ecosystems.
·        Familiarity with product development processes and Agile methodologies.
·        Ability to translate complex integration and system architecture concepts into business value.
·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
·        Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
·        Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites, trade shows, or development hubs.
Nice-to-Have
·        Experience working with AGV/AMR traffic management and mission control software.
·        Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP, WES, and other system integration layers.
·        Experience with UI/UX planning, especially in technical enterprise applications.
