What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage multiple engineering and technical projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams to ensure smooth execution
- Act as the primary customer liaison, providing clear communication and top-tier service
- Manage project changes, ensuring approvals and documentation are in place
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing
- Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and process improvements.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or related industries
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Excel, ERP Systems, Gantt charts, scheduling tools)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- PMP certification (or in progress) is an asset
- Ability to travel as required (valid driver’s license and passport)
